Golden Visa Spain

Spain is currently one of the most attractive countries to live in. It has it all—from amazing food and excellent weather, to modern infrastructures and a vast array of social services for citizens and residents. Furthermore, its relatively inexpensive cost of living, along with professional talent from all over the world, make the country highly appealing to foreign companies. As a foreign investor in Spain, you may be entitled to a special residency permit called the Golden Visa.

The Golden Visa in Spain is a residency permit granted by the Spanish government through the ‘Law of Entrepreneurs’ to boost investments in the country. By offering this visa, the Spanish government seeks to attract foreign capital, facilitating legal residence for investors in Spain.

Law 14/2013 of September 27, on support for entrepreneurs and internationalization, stipulates that “foreign non-residents who intend to enter Spanish territory in order to make a significant capital investment may apply for a stay visa, or in its case, residence for investors.”

At Delvy Law & Finance, we have a specialized team of attorneys with more than 10 years of experience in the creation of companies in Spain. We offer personalized and comprehensive services to companies who want to set up their operations in Spain, as well as investors who want to invest their capital in our country.
